No Problem. We’re experts at making people look and sound incredible on camera – even if they’re nervous. It’s our job to make you shine. We were nervous when we first started filming too. We’ve developed systems and processes to help you feel relaxed and natural… forgetting that the cameras are even there.
Each filming block is 90 minutes. It’s the most productive hour and a half you’ll spend on marketing all month. In one short session, you can walk away with up to a month’s worth of content, and a leap forward in your ability to achieve the 7-11-4 goal.
Absolutely. We record broadcast-quality audio. Better yet, do both video and audio at once to double your content for the same time commitment.
We can accommodate anything from one person to 5 people on camera at a time. If you want to shoot each person individually, then the only limit is time!
On our regular package, you receive a combined video/audio file. We do, however have the ability to record things separately for you. This will need to be arranged in advance, so please do contact us if this is something you will need.
Yes! We can make that happen for you with our 3gb fibre internet connection. Get in touch to arrange this!
No, our minimum time commitment is 90 minutes to make sure that we are able to get enough content created to make your visit worthwhile.
Your tour is 100% free. After that, our packages are surprisingly affordable. We’ll give you a transparent, no-pressure quote that fits your budget.
It depends on what kind of content you want to shoot, but in general we encourage you to not write a script. Bullet points for things you want to cover generally suffice, and we can help you expand upon them. We also have a teleprompter if you really need to read directly from a script!
You’re only limited by your imagination. You can film direct to camera knowledge video, a cozy conversation with others, product shoots, screen shares, unboxings, show and tells… whatever you need! We can customize one of our three base studios to your needs.
If you are doing a basic shoot then your files should be ready for you within an hour of the recording stops, including the live cuts we did in studio. If you have purchased more detailed post-production editing then that normally takes a few business days, depending on what you need.
Live cuts are good for most folks, but if you need to have an even more polished production with logos, bottom thirds, b-roll, on screen text, etc. then we do make that available to you at an additional cost.
Yes! We are owned and operated by Lightbody Marketing, a Digital Strategy company. Our team is experienced at helping our clients to develop the right content to ensure their brand takes centre stage.

We understand that life happens. If you do need to cancel a pre-booked session, then we require 48 hours notice in order to fully refund your booking. If you give 24 hours notice then 50% of the booking will be refunded. Anything less than 24 hours is not refundable, as we will have spent time prepping the studio for you and will be unable to resell the space at such short notice.
